The AI that runs your front office, so you can stay on the job.

Jack answers every call and text as your business, books the work on your calendar, chases the estimates, reminds the customers and briefs you every morning. It knows your prices, your hours, your techs and your rules, and it asks before anything that costs you money.

Three visits today, Mike’s first at 8. Two things need you:

  • The Hendersons’ blower motor quote is $640, over your $500 ask-first line.
  • The Ruiz estimate went out 9 days ago with no answer. I’ll send the second follow-up at 10 unless you say otherwise.
Approve the Hendersons. And move Mike’s 2pm to Thursday.

Done. The quote is on its way, and the customer has a text with Thursday 2–4.

Where Jack works

Everywhere a customer reaches you, and right beside you.

On the phone

Picks up the calls you can’t, after hours or on every call. Talks through the problem, the address and the urgency, and books the visit or takes a message.

By text

A missed call gets a text within seconds. Every reply after that is a real conversation that ends in a booking, an answer, or a note for you.

On your website

The chat on your site and the lead form. Someone typing at 9pm gets Jack, and the lead lands with your calls and texts.

Beside you in the app

Ask Jack anything about the business, or tell it what to do: from any page, by typing or by talking.

What Jack does

The office work that eats your evenings, done as it comes in.

Not a chatbot on a form. Jack works in the same system that holds your customers, jobs, calendar and quotes, so what it does is real: the booking is on the calendar, the quote is in the customer’s phone.

Answers and qualifies

Knows your services, your service area, your hours and your prices. Asks only what it needs and knows a no-heat call in January is urgent.

Books real windows

Against each tech’s own Google or Outlook calendar. Move the visit there and Jack’s booking, the reminder and the customer follow.

Chases every estimate

Politely and on schedule until it’s accepted, declined, or you say stop. Never a discount you didn’t approve.

Confirms and reminds

A confirmation when it’s booked, reminders the day before and the morning of, withdrawn and resent when you reschedule.

Briefs you at 7:30

Today’s visits, the leads that came in overnight, and what’s waiting on you, with a link to deal with it from the truck.

Runs your follow-ups

Re-engages quiet leads, rebooks no-shows, asks happy customers for a Google review, and checks in on past customers.

Writes the paperwork

Drafts quotes with Good / Better / Best options in your brand, sends invoices, and answers reviews in your voice.

Keeps your website current

Ask for a new page, a new photo or a price change and Jack makes it on the site we host for you.

Remembers

That Mrs. Patel has a dog, that the Hendersons pay by check, that you never book Fridays after 3. It brings it up when it matters.

You stay in charge

Jack acts inside rules you write in plain English.

“Book no-heat calls same day.” “Ask me before any quote over $500.” “Never book Fridays after 3.” Jack follows your rules; only you change them. The rules live in the system, not in a prompt, so they bind every agent the same.

  • Anything you said to ask about waits for your yes, from your phone.
  • One tap takes over a conversation, and Jack goes quiet until you hand it back.
  • It never texts anyone who didn’t ask, and keeps quiet hours.
  • Asked whether it’s a person, it says plainly that it’s automated.

Your rules

  1. Ask me before any quote over $500.
  2. Book no-heat and no-cool calls the same day when there’s room.
  3. No texts before 8am or after 8pm.
  4. Never offer a discount.
  5. Fridays end at 3pm.

Make it yours

Your name on the phone. Jack’s, or none at all.

Choose how Jack introduces itself to your customers, or give it a different name. Agencies can name it for every business they run.

By name

“I’m Jack, Summit Heating’s assistant.”

Customers know it’s an assistant, and it has a name they can ask for.
As the business

“I’m Summit Heating’s assistant.”

Your business is the only name they hear.
Your own name

“I’m Max, Summit Heating’s assistant.”

Rename it in Settings; your team sees that name too.

No lock-in

Jack uses the same tools your own AI can.

Every operation in General Dispatch is a tool any agent can use: Jack, or Claude, ChatGPT and the others through MCP. There is nothing Jack can do that yours cannot, and your rules bind them all the same. Use Jack, use your own, or both.

Questions about Jack

Straight answers.

What does Jack say to my customers?

Your choice. Jack can introduce itself by name (“I’m Jack, Summit Heating’s assistant”) or simply as your business (“I’m Summit Heating’s assistant”). Asked whether it’s a person, it always says plainly that it’s automated.

Can I call it something else?

Yes. Rename it in Settings and that’s the name your team sees and your customers hear. Agencies can give it their own name for every business they run.

What if Jack gets something wrong?

It can’t spend your money or promise a price your rules don’t allow. Anything you said to ask about waits for your yes. Take over any conversation with one tap and Jack goes quiet until you hand it back. Every message it sends is in the record.

Will it text people who didn’t ask?

No. Consent is recorded on every number and the system refuses to send without it. STOP works everywhere, instantly, and quiet hours are kept.

I already use ChatGPT or Claude. Do I need Jack?

No. Your own agent can run the business through the same tools Jack uses, and then the Jack line on your bill is zero. Jack is there for owners who don’t have an agent, or don’t want to babysit one.

What does it cost?

Nothing extra. Jack is included with General Dispatch ($97 a month to go live, plus $10 for the phone line) under fair use: a normal busy month is covered. If a business runs far past that, Jack keeps answering and asks before it texts, and we talk before anything changes.

Let Jack take tonight’s calls.

Pilot businesses run free through the pilot, set up with you on a call. Nothing goes live until you say so.
